I’m&nbsp; a fully qualified reflexologist and an experienced teacher with over 15 years of supporting children with additional learning needs. My work in education has given me a deep understanding of how emotional and physical wellbeing are closely connected—something that continues to shape my holistic approach today.My journey into reflexology began during a time when I was personally struggling with anxiety and the symptoms of menopause. Turning to reflexology brought a sense of calm, balance, and relief that felt truly transformative. That experience inspired me to train professionally, so I could share this powerful therapy with others.I am a registered member of both the Association of Reflexologists and the Federation of Holistic Therapists, and I have undertaken additional specialist training in Preconception, Pregnancy, and Postnatal Care. I offer supportive, personalised treatments designed to promote relaxation, restore balance, and assist with a wide range of physical and emotional concerns.Alongside my reflexology practice, I continue to work as a teacher, and I deeply value the connections I build through both roles. Outside of work, I enjoy time outdoors—especially with my two horses—or walking in the hills of North Wales. Nature helps keep me grounded, and I bring that calm, centred energy into every treatment I offer.

You’ll relax in a supportive reclining chair or on a massage table, with a cosy blanket available to keep you warm and comfortable.Cleansing RitualDon’t worry if you’ve been on your feet all day—before we begin, I’ll gently cleanse your feet using warm mitts, allowing you to unwind and feel refreshed right from the start.Massage Wax ApplicationTo enhance the treatment, I use a nourishing beeswax and lavender massage wax. This not only softens the skin but also adds a soothing aromatherapy element to your experience, promoting deeper relaxation.The TreatmentI’ll apply gentle to firm pressure to specific reflex points on your feet. Most clients find this incredibly relaxing—many drift off to sleep during the session. If any area feels tender, it can be a sign of imbalance, and I will adjust the pressure to ensure your comfort.Clothing and ComfortThere’s no need to undress for the session—just remove your shoes and socks. You’ll remain fully clothed and at ease throughout.DurationSessions typically last 60 minutes. Shorter sessions are available for children.AftercareAfter your session, you may feel calm, grounded, and revitalised. Occasionally, people experience mild after-effects such as increased thirst or slight fatigue—these are normal signs your body is rebalancing. I recommend drinking plenty of water and allowing time to relax afterward.
